All heavy equipment and trailer assets listed on midwesttraillers.com are dispatched directly from our regional depot network or central yard located in Kansas City, Missouri. Because trailers require heavy hauling transportation logistics, standard consumer retail parcel shipping networks are completely disabled.
1. FREIGHT DELIVERY TIERS & SERVICE COSTS
To maintain absolute pricing transparency under Google Vehicle Ads compliance guidelines, transport delivery logistics are categorized into fixed structural regions calculated from our central shipping hub:
– Zone 1 (Regional Proximity Hub – 0 to 150 Miles): Fixed flat-rate flatbed delivery drop fee of $450.
– Zone 2 (Extended Continental Freight – 151+ Miles): Calculated at a transparent rate of $3.50 per loaded mile from our nearest dispatch facility directly to your target shipping footprint coordinates.
2. ON-SITE DEALERSHIP PICKUP REQUIREMENTS
Customers are entirely welcome to arrange a direct on-site collection at our primary lot location. Local pickup coordination carries a $0 logistics processing fee.

– Operating Pickup Windows: Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment scheduling only.
– Mandatory Driver Verifications: To secure vehicle transit clearance, the primary individual listed on the invoice contract must present a valid Government-issued Photo Identification Card matching the name on the corporate bank wire remittance documentation, alongside a vehicle rated properly for the target trailer’s gross hitch weight limits.
