MIDWEST TRAILER VAULT — TRANSACTIONAL REFUND & MITIGATION POLICY (2026)
Because horse trailers and living quarters structures represent high-value, high-capital manufactured assets, our cancellation, refund, and transaction mitigation frameworks are strictly structured as follows:
1. THE INQUIRY-TO-WIRE ACCOUNTING FRAMEWORK
Midwest Trailer Vault operates an automated digital vehicle inventory catalog. No financial collection, digital credit card harvesting, or automated gateway processing occurs directly through midwesttraillers.com. All purchases are initiated via our site inquiry system and finalized offline through secure bank-to-bank wire transfer contracts issued directly by our administrative desk.
2. CANCELLATION & BALANCE SETTLEMENT TERMS
– Vehicle Hold Inquiries: Submitting a digital inquiry form reserves your baseline build specifications for an administrative clearance window of 72 hours while your official dealer invoice and bank routing paperwork are generated.
– Bank Wire Finality: Once a bank-to-bank wire transfer is initiated and cleared by our financial institution, title ownership documentation is officially registered with state highway registration authorities. Consequently, all trailer sales are considered final once the asset leaves our facility gates or is formally accepted by signature at delivery drop-off.
– Delivery Damage Protection: Upon trailer freight drop-off, the buyer has an immediate 1-hour physical window to thoroughly inspect all structural panels, safety chains, and electrical arrays alongside our transport driver. In the highly unlikely event that transport transit damage is documented, Midwest Trailer Vault will coordinate immediate, insured repair resolutions prior to final contract sign-off.
