  • Custom Orders & Specifications: Specifications for custom-ordered trailers are based on manufacturer catalogs and are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice. While we will communicate any known changes, final specifications are determined by the manufacturer at the time of build.

3. Orders, Deposits, and Purchases

  • Offer and Acceptance: Listing a trailer on our Site is an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we expressly accept your order, typically via a written confirmation and a signed purchase agreement.

Trailer Warranties: All new trailers are sold with the manufacturer’s express limited warranty. MIDWEST TRAILER VAULT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR THE TRAILERS IT SELLS. Used trailers are sold “AS-IS” with no warranty unless expressly stated in writing at the time of sale.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midwest Trailer Vault from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
